We are pleased to present our Mignon Soap Presses designed to stamp hotel soaps.
MIGNON-100 SOAP STAMPER
With manual or automatic infeed is designed for stamping up to 120 bars per minute banded shaped using a single die-set.
The manual infeed model can be fed by hand with precut long billets which are cut automatically into smaller pieces by the stamping action.
The automatic infeed model is fed with individually precut bllets of predetermined size.
For fully automatic line operation an optional Slug Ejector Conveyor with a slug turn-over device is recommended.
The small hotel size billets are best extruded from the plodder horizontally but since they must be fed into die box vertically a turo-ovr device is needed.
MIGNON-300 SOAP STAMPER
Vertical motion fully automatic press uses a single die-set to stamp 300 bars per minute of banded or 240 bars per minute of bandless shaped bars.
Cam and turret high precision indexing system operates the horizontally rotating die box. Shaft of all working mechanism fitted on ball or roller bearings.
